Andy's customer focused vision for ControlTek has resulted in a
20% average annual growth rate in sales over the past 5 years. Under
his leadership, ControlTek has continuously improved internal infrastructure
by adding key strategic personnel and processes. His technical ability,
management experiences and personable nature enables Andy to communicate
effectively and ensures that customer expectations are met.
Andy obtained a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Oregon State
University and then served 7 years as an Officer in the US Air Force.
He earned his MBA with honors in 2000 from Washington State University
and continues to mentor undergraduate and graduate students. Andy
likes to spend time with family, including many activities with
his kids and cheering for his alma mater, the Beavers.
Jeff Skinner, Vice President of Engineering

combined with our design capabilities, ensures that the ultimate

Jeff joined ControlTek in 2000 as Chief Engineer. He is a registered
professional engineer with
master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
Over 25 years of design experience has enabled Jeff to understand
the importance of a design process that supports an
engineer's
ability
to design while ensuring proper documentation is created and customer
goals are achieved. In his free time, Jeff likes to hike, bicycle,
ride his motorcycle and spend time with family.
Sean P. Neill, Vice President of
Operations

Sean joined ControlTek in 1997 as a program manager for one of
our major customers and has been perfecting his customer centric
approach at ControlTek ever since. His natural ability to lead combined
with his education and experience in quality systems led ControlTek
management to promote Sean to Operations Manager in 2003.
As Operations Manager, Sean has upgraded ControlTek's planning
systems and led the way for many production improvements. Sean
has course work in APICS and a Bachelor of Science from Oregon
State University. When away from the office, Sean spends time
with his family and friends whether it be on a hiking trip or
playing frisbee golf.
Dale Dillenberg, Production Manager
"As
ControlTek's Production Manager, the morning begins with the daily
standup. It's an informal meeting with Team Leads to review the
status of work in process and team goals such as product output,
quality standards and training. The daily standup is a key communication
tool for understanding where we are at and where we will be at the
end of the production day." --Dale Dillenberg, Production Manager
New to ControlTek in 2003, Dale brings over 20 years of production
management experience to our team. Dale is able to apply his encyclopedia
of knowledge and experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
to his job everyday. Whether establishing long term quality measurement
systems or ensuring on time delivery, Dales leadership style empowers
his staff to meet customer demands on a daily basis. In his time
away from the office, Dale enjoys working and relaxing on his 5 acres
in the country.
Joe Herz, Senior Manufacturing Engineer

At ControlTek, it's been said that when you see Joe at work you
know that he loves his job. As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Joe
is responsible for manufacturing processes, including production
flow, assembly methods, and production equipment. Having experience
in the semiconductor, telecommunications and consumer electronics
industries gives Joe a broad base of knowledge in manufacturing
processes. Joe enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar
and the outdoors.
