ControlTek's SMT and Through-Hole manufacturing facilities revolve around six flexible machine centers configured in three manufacturing lines. Our late model Juki machines offer medium volume (10,000 parts per hour each) with quick change out, super fine pitch and 0201 capability.

The facility also includes three Quad IV (lower speed with fine pitch), one Quad QSPII (Medium speed with fine pitch), and a 14 zone Conceptronic oven (nitrogen and lead-free capable) for thermal technology.
